A little information about the venue:

Our goal is for you, your family and friends to arrive, relax, and enjoy your magical day. We do all of the work! We do not allow self set up or tear down 

 

Friday 

You get the entire venue from 10:31am to 10:00pm. Yes! up to 11 1/2 hours!  Last dance and last call are at 9:00pm so if your having a send off it will be at approx. 9:15-9:30 and then 1/2 hour for loading. Sit back and enjoy your special day while our staff will take care of all of the details. We will set up everything for your special day and at the end of the evening our staff will have everything packed up for you! Any additional services can be added on with our coordinator that is included with your Wine and Roses booking.

 

Saturday

You get the entire venue from 10:31am to 10:00pm. Sit back and enjoy your special day while our staff will take care of all of the details. We will set up everything for your special day and at the end of the evening our staff will have everything packed up for you! Any additional services can be added on with our coordinator that is included with your Wine and Roses booking.

 

Ceremony

Most couples choose a lawn and garden ceremony with a barn reception. We can also use the barn for a back up plan in case of weather for a barn wedding and reception. Our day of staff will turn it around in just minutes. It works out beautiful for both, and some couples desire a barn ceremony even when the sun is shining!

You may choose your own licensed caterer. They need to provide a Health Department catering license with insurance. We are happy to provide recommendations upon request or take a look at our favorite vendors list on this website. You or your caterer supply your own beverages (Beer, Wine, Champagne Only!),  King County does not allow us to have kegs or fountains. We require our licensed bartender/s to serve @25.00 pr hr.   There are no corkage fees. You need a banquet permit which currently is $10.00 on-line at http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits  and event insurance which is easiest with https://www.wedsafe.com .

We are not allowed to permit self catering.​

We also include a free rehearsal and a wedding coordinator to meet with you, answer any questions through out your planning, conduct your  rehearsal ( Thursday prior), and make sure all of your details and timeline are in order on your wedding day. Melissa is the owner of Jubilee Weddings and Events http://www.jubileeweddingsandeventsllc.com

Wine and Roses also provides chairs for  guests at your ceremony plus tables and additional chairs for your reception. Any additional items needed such as linens and stemware may be rented through our coordinator with American Party Place with a discount. If desiring China or flatware you will need to order it through the caterer of your choice, same day in & out. We do not provide dish washing facilities.

We require our house DJ's  with incomparable pricing and performance from ceremony to send off.  Your interview prior to your wedding assures your play list, do not play list, all announcements, blessings, toasts, first dance, and any special desires, with your personal MC to keep everything flawless from your complete timeline to your guests dancing.​ You may choose between these two options:

We have a local hotel that provides a discount and a free shuttle to and from the venue for your out of town guests. 

Quality Inn & Suites. Standard rooms & suites with Jacuzzi tubs are available with a Wine & Roses 10% discount when setting up a block of 10 rooms or more.  A beautiful spa area & business center all updated with breakfast that is more than continental. Be sure to use the bridal party name in the special request area for on-line bookings to get the block discount.

They require groups with shuttle arrangements made 2 weeks in advance.

Our deluxe restrooms provide service for 10 guests at a time,  5 on the ladies side and 5 on the gentlemen's side. Both with 2 ​​sinks and mirrors, air conditioning/heat, and even music! We also provide a handicap facility.​

We welcome you to let your imagination run wild with ideas for all of your details however, the venue really doesn't need much. We have flowers, twinkling lights, and decor everywhere. If you like, our venue coordinator can make arrangements for any additional staffing needs above what is provided to make your special day even more magical.
